• Seated Row / Low Pulley Station: Essential for well-developed backs, seated row exercises build depth in the middle back and train the hard to reach lower lats. Lat Pulldown Exercise your back, arm and shoulder muscles with the Lat Pulldown station. Thigh pads easily adjust to your position providing comfort and stability while the included pulldown bar ensures correct arm/wrist position throughout the entire range of motion.
Press/Squat Arm Build your chest and arms with the Press station or lift the arm up and you have the perfect squat station to build your core and legs. This multi-use station has numerous uses and can handle dozers of different movements.
Low Pulley From standing biceps curls to upright rows, triceps extensions and more, the low pulley station offers the versatility to perform a multitude of movements working muscles across the body.
Flat / Incline / Decline Bench Convenient transport wheels let you move the bench effortlessly in and out of the gym. Lock your legs in the leg lock-down featuring oversize rollers for extra comfort and stability while you perform upper and lower abdominal exercises as well as incline and decline strength training. Back and seat pads lock into eight positions to align your body for perfect posture.

3 YEARS: Pulleys, Bushings, Bearings, Hardware, Plates, Guide Rods
1 YEAR: Cables, Upholstery, Grips (Normal Wear)

BODY-SOLID warrants the In-Home Warranty as follows:

Body-Solid warrants that the Product you have purchased for in-home or light  commercial use from Body-Solid or from an authorized Body-Solid reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase.

This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you.

It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish.

This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the Product.
